Therapy in Action

The Fusion of Body, Mind, and Soul

My approach weaves together the wisdom of modern therapy and the depth of ancient tradition. Drawing on my training as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Sex Therapist, I integrate a deep understanding of the nervous system, somatics, and holistic therapeutic techniques. Rooted in Jewish spiritual wisdom, my work offers a fully embodied path to healing—one that honors both the science of the mind and the soul’s innate intelligence.

Through this integrative lens, I attune to where each person or couple is in their journey—knowing when to engage a top-down approach that works through insight and awareness, and when to guide a bottom-up process that helps the body release, regulate, and realign. Healing unfolds when mind, body, and soul meet in harmony.
