Level 2 Relationships Through The Lens of the Sefira

Level 2 of this course is utilizing the bottom-up healing approach. As we continue to strengthen the lower levels of consciousness & being, we are able to continue to move up and continue to do the work. This class will cover Tiferet, Chesed & Gevurah (Beauty, Loving-Kindness & Direction). We will go over the three emanations/sefira's and explore their dynamics in our relationship with ourselves & an other.
